Just remember the double digit mortgage rates of years ago....
these rates are still reasonable although much higher than last year.
Inflation and the FED's attampts to lower that rise has resulted in higher mortgage rates.


Home Prices are now at a decent level
- and non-cash, qualified buyers can still get a decent rate.
